Many of our analyses and tests can be carried out under COFRAC (ISO 17025) or NADCAP accreditation. We are also AIRBUS, SAFRAN or RENAULT qualified for several tests.
Our expert approach combines metallographic analysis, mechanical testing and chemical characterization to precisely identify failure mechanisms and their origin. This methodology enables us to provide a comprehensive diagnosis and appropriate technical recommendations.
Lead times vary according to the type and complexity of the test. For standard tests (tensile tests on standardized specimens), allow 5 to 10 working days. For fatigue tests, allow 2 to 4 weeks, depending on cycle length. For specific assemblies requiring design and production, allow 4 to 6 weeks. Express lead times are possible, depending on urgency and machine availability.
Yes, we have NADCAP accreditation for several types of metallography, chemical analysis and mechanical testing, as well as for the machining of tensile specimens. We are also AIRBUS and SAFRAN qualified for several tests.
