Characterisations and controls

CRITT MATÉRIAUX INNOVATION takes over the cleaning’s validation of your medical devices accorded with standards in force.
  • Research of total hydrocarbon residues (TCH), by gas chromatography (from cutting oil, polishing paste, lubricant…)
  • Search for total organic carbon (TOC) residues, using a TOC meter (from organic detergents, fatty alcohol, etc.)
  • Search for residues of detergent minerals, mineral acids, washing or rinsing water (elements Na, Ca, K, P, Si, Mg, NO3, Cl)
  • Search for heavy metal residues (Cd, As, Hg, Pb) or other trace metals (Fe, Cr, Al…)
  • Search for non-soluble encrusted contaminants (corundum, polishing paste, glass balls, etc.)
  • A part of these tests can be performed under ISO/CEI 17025 (COFRAC) accreditation.
